3D Scanning & Processing Services

Our Artec Leo can be used for scanning a range of objects, from small mechanical parts to the human body, cars, boats or crime scenes. The applications are wide and far-reaching, including industrial manufacture and quality control, healthcare, forensics, VR and e-commerce. We provide mobile and scanning services supplying fully processed 3D meshes in various formats. At Burvill’s we use the scanner to mitigate mistakes and ensure certain aspects of each project are made to perfection.

Step Two

From here if the client is happy with the estimate, we will meet on site either for a pre start meeting or to take a detailed survey. At this point we will issue a deposit invoice of 40% to cover design and material costs.
Step Three
|
We will then produce detailed 2D or 3D drawings (Depending on the project) for client approval, we will revise accordingly if the client wants alterations or wants to see different options. Once the drawing is approved, we will move onto manufacture and visit site to check if needed.
Step Four
|
We will keep the client updated throughout manufacture and let them know when we expect to install/deliver their project.

Once installed and the customer is 100% happy with their project we will issue a final deposit upon completion.
